I am unable to rate this product as i still do not have it. I so far have been given 3 delivery dates and still no product. I think your company and your delivery partners are the worst i have ever come across you seem to have total disregard for your customers. I have now resigned myself to the fact that i will probably never see this product but you live in hope. Why dont you do the decent thing and issue a refund
